Under the brand Excitel, the Company is the 3rd biggest residential broadband Internet Service Provider (“ISP”) in the larger Delhi area, with additional operations in Hyderabad, currently providing services to over 300,000 customers Its internet platform provides top-quality, fast and reliable connection to users in highly unstructured and densely populated areas. Excitel is not an infrastructure company and does not own fiber. It serves its customers by enabling myriads of local cable operators (“LCO”) to become internet providers and grow their businesses along. The Company’s core asset is the ISP software platform which enables very fast user growth.
